A global private aviation house, since 2015.
If you read nothing else, read this.
Source and coordinate private jet and helicopter charter worldwide — then advise on buying an aircraft, and manage it once you own one.
We are not an operator. We hold no fleet, so the aircraft we recommend is the one that suits the mission — sourced across a global operator network.
Operations across 185+ countries, from Indian domestic sectors to intercontinental. Permits, slots, handling and ground arranged end to end.
Mission-based, never a fixed rate card. We publish how a quote is built and an indicative range before you commit to anything.
Charter, acquisition or management — a route and a date is enough to begin.

What the tagline actually costs you.
Every brand in aviation says it saves you time. Almost none of them show the arithmetic. Choose a route you actually fly.
Select a route above.
Commercial timings assume the standard published guidance for airport arrival, plus typical processing, boarding, taxi and baggage reclaim. Private timings assume private terminal arrival shortly before departure and direct routing. Actual times vary by airport, day, traffic and aircraft — this is illustrative of the pattern, not a guarantee of a specific journey.

Global media attention

Charter
On-demand access to a broad range of aircraft worldwide. You tell us where you need to go — the aviation is ours to handle.
Your journey.
Our aviation.
Our principal service, and the one everything else is built around. A single flight carries a considerable amount of coordination behind it — that work sits with us, not with you.

Why charter
Your schedule
Depart when the day demands rather than when a published timetable allows. Change it if the day changes.
Closer to the point
Access to airports commercial schedules do not serve — often considerably closer to where you actually need to be.
The cabin is yours
Work, rest, hold a confidential conversation, or travel with family — without an audience.
Hours returned
Arriving minutes before departure rather than hours. Across a year of travel, that compounds considerably.
What we handle
Every item below sits with Enthral Aviation on your behalf. You are asked for a route, a date and a passenger count — nothing more.
Alongside charter
The same team handles the rest of the aviation picture.
Helicopter Charter
Premium helicopter services for city transfers, sightseeing, offshore platforms and urgent point-to-point requirements.
Medevac Charter
Life-critical air ambulance and medical evacuation services globally, with fully equipped medical aircraft and trained aeromedical teams.
Aircraft Management
You own the aircraft — we manage the complexities. Complete AOC management, crew, maintenance, insurance and regulatory compliance.
Marketing Lease
Aircraft owners generate charter revenue while Enthral Aviation manages all sales, operations and charter marketing on their behalf.
Hourly Lease
Clients purchase 100–300 flying hours annually on selected aircraft — flexibility without full ownership commitments.
Aircraft Consultancy
Strategic advisory covering acquisition, sourcing, lease advisory, AOC preparation, authority liaisoning and purchase/sale mandates.
Operational Consultancy
Expert operational consultancy for airlines, operators and investors covering safety, compliance, route planning and efficiency.
You tell us where you need to go. We handle the aviation. That is the whole proposition — the complexity does not disappear, it simply stops being yours.
Where a runway isn't the point.
A helicopter solves a different problem to a jet. It removes the airport entirely — landing near the destination rather than near an airfield, and turning multi-hour road transfers into short direct sectors.

Typical missions
City & regional transfers
Point-to-point movements that bypass road congestion entirely — measured in minutes rather than hours.
Pilgrimage access
Direct access to sites where road journeys are long, seasonal or difficult — and comfortable for elders and families.
Offshore & industrial
Rig, plant and remote site access for operations and inspection teams.
Weddings & events
Arrivals at venues, estates and resorts, coordinated around the event schedule.
Aerial survey & recce
Site inspection, photography and route survey requirements.
Medical & urgent
Time-critical movements where the aviation component is coordinated alongside the medical provider.
Jet connection
Rotary leg linking a private terminal to a final destination the jet cannot reach.
Charter & sightseeing
Scenic and experience sectors on defined routes.
What rotary planning involves
Helicopter movements carry different constraints to fixed-wing, and these are assessed before a sector is confirmed rather than after.
Rotary sectors depend on landing-site approval and daylight. Send the route and we will confirm feasibility.
Enquire on WhatsAppHelipads. Where a suitable landing site does not exist, Enthral Aviation also advises on helipad construction and management — consultation, standards, NOC facilitation on the owner's behalf, and ongoing commercial arrangements with operators.
Matched to the mission.
Availability varies by location, date, route and operator. Categories indicate typical characteristics rather than guaranteed availability.
SWIPE FOR ALL EIGHT CATEGORIES
Four moments that are not the flight.
The aircraft is the easy part. What people remember is everything arranged around it.

The car meets the aircraft
No terminal, no queue. Chauffeur to airstair on the ramp itself, typically fifteen minutes before departure.

A private lounge, if you want one
FBO access where available. Formalities handled while you sit, rather than while you stand.

The cabin is yours alone
Catering to your brief, a table you can work at, and a conversation nobody else hears.

Closer to where you are going
Airfields commercial schedules do not serve, with ground transport waiting as you step down.
Catering, ground transport, accessibility, pets, extra baggage — tell us what the trip needs.
Plan Your TripFrom requirement to arrival.
What you can expect from us
In charter, speed is part of the product. These are the response standards we hold ourselves to.
Urgent and medevac requirements are handled differently. Time-critical movements are escalated immediately rather than entering the standard quotation cycle. If the requirement is urgent, say so in the first message and it will be treated accordingly.
Not tied to a single aircraft.
An operator sells you the aircraft they own. We are not an operator — which means the aircraft we recommend is the one that suits the mission, not the one sitting idle in our hangar. That independence is the reason clients stay.
Not tied to a single aircraft.
Operator-independent
We source across a network rather than from a fixed fleet. The recommendation follows the requirement, not our inventory.
Evaluated before presented
Aircraft, operator and operational suitability are assessed before options reach you — not after you have chosen.
One point of accountability
Multiple operators, handlers and authorities sit behind a single flight. You deal with one team throughout.
Since 2015
A decade of operating across charter, medevac, management and consultancy — including complex COVID-era repatriation corridors.
Across the whole lifecycle
Charter today, acquisition advisory when flying grows, and management once you own. The relationship does not restart at each stage.
Discretion as a condition
Movements, manifests and requirements are held in confidence. For much of our clientele that is the precondition, not a feature.
You should never have to manage the aviation
Without a coordination partner, a single journey can mean approaching multiple operators, chasing availability, arranging permits and slots, confirming handling and parking, checking crew requirements, organising catering and transfers, and managing documentation and schedule changes.
And what we will not do. We do not quote a guaranteed lowest price, we do not present availability we have not confirmed, and we will tell you when chartering beats owning — including where that means less business for us. An aviation partner worth keeping has to be willing to say the unprofitable thing.
Time, reserved.
For clients whose flying is regular enough that arranging each trip from scratch stops making sense. A private membership that holds capacity, rate and priority in place before you need them.
Membership is by introduction. Tell us how you fly and we will tell you whether it makes sense.

Our operational network reaches 185+ countries. Below are the corridors our clients fly most — indicative block times for a mid to ultra-long-range aircraft, subject to routing, winds and aircraft type.
Within the country
The Gulf corridor
East and south-east
Westbound long-haul
Southbound and west
Ultra-long-range
*Non-stop requires an ultra-long-range aircraft. Otherwise flown as two sectors with a technical stop.
Frequently used hubs
Not on the list? These are the corridors we fly most, not the limits of where we operate. If your destination has a runway that will take the aircraft, we will source the routing — including multi-sector itineraries with technical stops where distance requires it.
The aircraft is only as good as who operates it.
We hold no fleet, so every flight is flown by a third-party operator. Selecting that operator is the most consequential thing we do — and the part of our work most clients never see.
Checked, then offered.
What we verify before an aircraft is offered
Benchmarks we assess against
Where an operator holds an independent safety audit, we weight it. These are the recognised programmes in business aviation:
Stated precisely. These are audit programmes and regulators that operators hold — not certifications held by Enthral Aviation. We are a broker: we assess and select against these standards, and the operating certificate, insurance and regulatory responsibility for any flight rest with the licensed operator. We will name the operator and share their credentials before you fly.
Want to see how an operator was selected for a specific quote? Ask — we will show you.
Ask About VettingEvery journey has a different aviation profile.
Charter pricing is mission-based. Two comparable aircraft can carry different costs because they may be positioned differently, hold different availability, or sit under different crew, airport and operator arrangements.
We evaluate operational suitability alongside commercial terms before presenting options — competitive and commercially evaluated charter solutions, rather than a headline rate.
Why two quotes differ.
A worked example
Rather than list variables abstractly, here is how a real quote is actually built. The proportions below are indicative of a typical international sector and show where the money genuinely goes.
The one thing to take from this. Positioning is why two quotes for the same aircraft on the same route can differ by a quarter. An aircraft already in Mumbai on your date costs materially less than an identical airframe that must fly in empty from Delhi to collect you. Much of our work is finding the first one.
Ranges for other routes and categories. We will give you an indicative range for any route and category before a formal quotation, so you can size a requirement early. Ask your concierge, or send the route on WhatsApp.
What we do not say. We do not quote a lowest price or a guaranteed rate. Aviation does not work that way honestly. We evaluate what is operationally suitable, then present the commercial options against it — with the components above shown openly.

Ownership & Acquisition
For clients whose flying has outgrown chartering. What buying an aircraft actually involves in India — the process, the duty, the depreciation and the real running economics.
The question is utilisation.
There is no universally correct answer — only the answer your flying hours support. We will tell you plainly if ownership does not suit your pattern.
Charter
Below roughly 100–150 hours a year. No capital committed, no fixed cost carried, aircraft matched per trip.
Hourly Lease
100–300 hours annually on selected aircraft. Predictable access and rate without ownership commitments.
Ownership
Sustained high utilisation, or a requirement for a specific aircraft, configuration and availability on demand.
Our position. Break-even utilisation varies by category and by your actual cost structure. If the numbers favour chartering, that is what we will recommend — including where it means less business for us.
From mandate to registration.
How the aircraft is used changes the tax bill.
The single largest variable in an Indian import is classification. Commercial (NSOP) use and private use are taxed very differently — roughly a fourfold difference.
Roughly a fourfold difference on the same airframe — decided entirely by declared and actual use.
Approvals required
Important. Courts have upheld that an aircraft imported under the commercial concession and subsequently used privately does not retain that treatment. The stated use must be genuine and consistently maintained. Rates are set by notification and change with Union Budget announcements — confirm current figures with a customs broker or aviation tax advisor before committing.
40% WDV. No fixed term.
Under the Income Tax Act, aircraft depreciate at 40% on Written Down Value — among the highest rates in the schedule. WDV is calculated on the remaining value each year, so the deduction shrinks annually rather than staying level. There is no statutory maximum number of years: the block continues while it holds a positive written-down value.
No statutory cap on the number of years — but the benefit is effectively concentrated in the first three.
In practice. While there is no legal cap, the deduction becomes small enough within 7–10 years that most owners treat that as the practical window for meaningful benefit. Additions to the same block restart the calculation for that portion. This is specific to your structure — confirm with your chartered accountant before relying on it for a purchase decision.
Fixed costs don't care if you fly.
Fixed
Crew salaries, hangarage, management fees, insurance and maintenance programmes accrue on a calendar basis — regardless of hours flown that period.
Variable
Fuel, landing and parking, navigation charges and catering scale directly with hours flown. Zero hours in a month means zero variable cost that month.
Cost accrues on the ramp.
Indicative of an aircraft flying well under its break-even utilisation. As hours rise, the variable share grows and the per-hour cost falls sharply.
Why this matters. At low utilisation, fixed costs dominate the per-hour economics — the same hangarage and crew cost spread across very few flights. That is usually the point at which chartering, or placing the aircraft into management for charter revenue, becomes more economical than outright ownership.

Aircraft Management
You own the aircraft — we manage the complexities. Crewing, maintenance, compliance and commercial placement, with the downtime working to offset your cost of ownership.
The operating layer, taken off your desk.
The work you never see.
AOC & Regulatory
Complete AOC management, regulatory compliance and authority liaisoning on the aircraft's behalf.
Crew
Recruitment, rostering, recurrent training, type-rating currency and standby availability.
Maintenance
Scheduled inspections, airworthiness directives, unscheduled repairs and programme enrolment management.
Insurance
Hull and liability placement, renewal management and claims coordination.
Flight Operations
Permits, slots, handling, catering and en-route coordination for every movement.
Vendor Negotiation
Fuel, handling and hangarage arrangements negotiated on your behalf at network rates.
Records & Reporting
Technical records, utilisation reporting and transparent monthly cost accounting.
Charter Placement
Commercial marketing of the aircraft into the charter market when you are not using it.
The aircraft should work when you are not using it.
Monetising uptime
Where the aircraft is used for genuine business travel, operating costs are treated as a business travel expense, offsetting against taxable income alongside depreciation. This meaningfully reduces the net cost of every flight — though it does not eliminate the underlying cash cost of operating the aircraft.
Monetising downtime
When the aircraft is not needed for your own travel, Enthral Aviation places it into charter through our management service — generating revenue from hours that would otherwise sit idle, and further offsetting the fixed cost you carry regardless.
An aircraft earns nothing parked.
Indicative offset
The number of chartered days per year — at an indicative day rate for the category — needed to cover the annual fixed cost through charter revenue alone, before your own flying is counted.
| Category | Annual fixed cost | Indicative day rate | Charter days to offset |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light Jet | Lower | Lower | ~35–45 days |
| Mid Size Jet | Moderate | Moderate | ~40–50 days |
| Ultra Long Range Jet | Highest | Highest | ~45–60 days |
| Heavy Jet | Higher | Higher | ~40–55 days |
How to read this. Most owners land somewhere between full offset and zero — every chartered day on top of your own usage reduces net ownership cost without needing to reach the full break-even figure. These are directional patterns, not a quote, and not a guarantee of charter demand for a specific airframe. We will model realistic revenue for your aircraft, base and category before you commit.
A broker earns their fee on the bad days.
Anyone can book an aircraft on a clear morning. What matters is the 6am call when the aircraft goes technical, the field closes, or your meeting moves. This is how those are handled.
What we will not do. We will not leave you to discover a problem at the airport. If a movement is at risk, you hear it from us first — with options attached, not just the news.

Clients & Contact
The people we work with, the person behind the firm, and how to begin.

Mr. Tapish Khivensra
Founder & CEO
“Aviation is not merely a mode of transport — it is the ultimate expression of freedom, ambition, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
At Enthral Aviation, we do not just move clients from one location to another. We craft experiences. We engineer trust. We deliver absolute perfection at 40,000 feet.
From our founding in 2015, our mission has been singular: to build the world's most trusted private aviation company — one that our clients rely on not just for their travel, but for their most critical and sensitive aviation needs.
Every flight we operate carries our name, our reputation, and our promise of uncompromising excellence.”
Behind every movement, a desk that owns it.
A flight is rarely one person's work. Enthral Aviation is structured around four functions, each with defined ownership — so a requirement is never waiting on a single individual to become available.
Charter Desk
Owns the requirement from first enquiry to confirmed booking — sourcing, operator negotiation, quotation and client communication.
Flight Operations
Takes the confirmed booking through permits, slots, handling, catering and crew coordination, and monitors the flight through to arrival.
Management & Consultancy
Handles owned-aircraft operations, acquisition mandates, import and registration workstreams, and commercial placement.
24/7 Duty Desk
Covers movements outside office hours, schedule disruption and urgent or medevac requirements as they arise.

How it works in practice. You are given a named point of contact for your requirement, with the relevant desk behind them. If that person is airborne, asleep or on another movement, the desk still answers — the continuity sits with the structure, not with one individual's availability.
In their words.

Where would you like to go?
No forms. Send us a route and a date — or tell us about the aircraft you own or are considering. A person replies, usually within the hour.
What to include. Route, date, passenger count and any timing constraint is enough to begin. If you are considering ownership, the aircraft type and your expected annual hours will let us model it properly.
