Each planned capability below builds on the last — moving from arranging flights through a trusted network, toward operating and supporting more of the journey directly.
Enthral Aviation plans to become an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder in its own right — operating aircraft directly under its own DGCA certification, rather than solely brokering through third-party operators.
Expanding our existing aircraft management services into a dedicated, full-scale managed-fleet operation — handling owner aircraft end to end, at greater scale than today.
An in-house ground handling operation — ramp services, marshaling, baggage and passenger handling, and coordination with FBOs — rather than relying solely on third-party ground handlers at each airport.
An in-house flight clearance and trip support function — flight plan filing, overflight and landing permits, and customs/immigration coordination — for the charters we arrange.
A dedicated ground transportation fleet for both passengers and crew — starting in Mumbai, with expansion to other key cities — reducing reliance on third-party chauffeur services for airport-to-destination transfers.

Enthral Aviation currently operates as a charter brokerage, arranging flights through a network of certified third-party operators. Any AOC, ground handling license, or other regulatory approval referenced here would be sought from the DGCA as part of this roadmap, and is not held today.
These are specific, regulated functions within the aviation industry — here's what each one involves.
An AOC is issued by the DGCA to a company authorizing it to operate aircraft commercially. Holding an AOC means operating aircraft under your own certificate and safety oversight, rather than arranging flights through operators who already hold one.
A management company operates and administers an aircraft on behalf of its owner — crewing, maintenance scheduling, compliance, and often generating charter revenue when the owner isn't using it.
Ground handling covers the services an aircraft needs on the ground between flights — marshaling, baggage and passenger handling, aircraft servicing coordination, and ramp safety — typically provided by a licensed ground handling agency at each airport.
Flight clearance (or "trip support") covers filing flight plans, securing overflight and landing permits from each country's aviation authority, and coordinating customs/immigration — essential for any international charter.
